For brands that ship different products each cycle. We build selection flows, personalisation quizzes, and dynamic box builders that let subscribers customise what they receive. Recharge handles the recurring billing. Shopify handles fulfilment.

Subscriber retention tools

Cancellation flows with save offers, pause options, skip functionality, and win-back sequences triggered through Klaviyo. The goal is reducing churn before it happens, not chasing lapsed subscribers after the fact.

Migration from other subscription platforms

We've migrated subscriber bases from Bold, Ordergroove, and custom-built systems to Recharge. Payment methods, billing dates, and subscription histories preserved. No subscriber disruption.

When Recharge makes sense

Recharge is the right fit for Shopify Plus brands where recurring revenue is a core part of the business model, not a nice-to-have add-on. If subscriptions account for more than 20% of revenue or you're building a business around subscriber retention, you need a purpose-built platform. For brands testing subscriptions for the first time with a single product, Shopify's native subscription APIs might be enough to start.

Yes. On Shopify Plus, Recharge uses Checkout Extensions to integrate directly into the native checkout flow. Subscribers and one-time buyers go through the same checkout. No redirects.

How much does Recharge cost?

Recharge's Standard plan starts at $99/month plus 1.25% + 19¢ per transaction. The Pro plan at $499/month drops the transaction fee to 1% + 19¢ and adds features like bundles and enhanced analytics. Most Shopify Plus brands end up on Pro.

Can customers manage their own subscriptions?

Yes. We build custom subscriber portals where customers can skip deliveries, swap products, change frequency, update payment methods, and cancel. The portal matches your storefront design and reduces support tickets.
