Do we need a new store?
Not automatically. We start with your existing store and scope the changes needed. A rebuild is not a default requirement.
Lift / 100-day partnership
AEO for footwear brands should match what shoppers ask about fit, use and comfort to the right products. Lift is Flux's 100-day partnership: strategy, implementation and measurement around your revenue goals. Our evidence comes from Found, which asks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews the same 150 footwear buying questions every week in Australia, the US and the UK, and records which brands they name. A Found score shows how often AI names you for those questions. It doesn't show sales, so Lift measures referrals, orders and revenue separately.

Footwear shoppers compare by use, fit, width, support, material and price. We investigate how AI represents your range and where clearer product information or buying content could help customers choose.
Explain which styles suit which uses, from school and work to running and hiking, using specifications your team can support.
Make sizing guidance, width options, materials, care and differences between ranges easier to evaluate.
Connect buying answers to suitable products and existing collections. Add pages only when a distinct need justifies them.
We agree a target, establish your baseline and begin implementation in week one. At day 30 we review progress and refine the work. Through days 60–90 we assess outcomes and expand what works. At day 100 we agree the next direction.
Fortnightly updates and monthly commercial reviews connect the work to your goals. We review identifiable AI referrals, orders and revenue alongside visibility, explaining where attribution is incomplete.
The first conversation is about fit: your store, priority markets, available product evidence and the commercial outcome you want to improve. Together we decide what deserves attention first, who needs to approve the work and how progress will be reviewed before agreeing the partnership.
Flux built the Shopify platform behind ROC Boots, which runs two footwear brand experiences, youth fashion and school shoes, from one inventory system and one checkout. That is commerce experience, not a quantified Lift result.

Yes. We agree responsibilities for product information, content, technical work and marketing, so approvals and ownership are clear.
