Louis Croughan sits at the centre of every Flux project, connecting clients with the discovery, design and development teams. He holds the full scope of each build, so nothing gets lost between the people defining it and the people making it.

His job is translation. He turns client goals into briefs the team can build from, and technical decisions into updates clients can act on. Every conversation, decision and change is recorded, synthesised and stored, and much of that process is automated, so each project has a single, reliable source of truth from kickoff to launch.
