How are AI visibility rankings calculated?
The List tracks how often ecommerce brands appear in answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. See the top brands in each industry, then open a list for the full rankings and platform results.
Use it to benchmark your brand against competitors in the same industry and market, spot changes over time and see where different AI platforms tell a different story.
02 · Measure brand mentions
AI visibility is the percentage of collected answers that mention a brand. A score of 25% means the brand appeared in one in four answers in that sample.
03 · Compare and track
Brands are ranked by their visibility score. Weekly arrows show changes in rank; industry pages show score movement and recent history.
How should I compare AI visibility scores?
Compare like with like: the same industry, market and reporting window. These scores describe the answers collected by Found, not every AI conversation. A mention is not necessarily a recommendation, a quality rating or a prediction of website traffic.

What is the difference between AI visibility and SEO?
SEO focuses on visibility in search results. The List measures whether brands are named in collected AI answers. The two offer different views of discoverability; an AI visibility score is not a search ranking or a measure of organic traffic.
Which AI platforms does The List cover?
The List covers ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Industry lists show platform results alongside overall visibility, so you can see where a brand appears most often.
How often are the rankings updated?
The List is updated weekly. Check an industry list for its published reporting window and recent scan history; movement refers to the periods shown on that page.
Why can a brand lead on one platform but not another?
Different AI platforms can return different answers to industry questions. Comparing their results helps reveal differences that an overall score can hide.
Can I compare scores across industries or countries?
Use brands in the same industry and market for the clearest comparison. Question sets and competitive landscapes differ, so a higher score in another industry does not automatically mean a brand performs better.
Why is my brand missing from The List?
The List covers the brands Found currently tracks. If your brand is missing, submit it for review. A missing listing is not the same as a measured visibility score of zero.
