The best-converting shoppers you've never met.
Shopify's Q1 2026 platform data is blunt about it. Shoppers who arrive from an AI assistant convert at nearly 50% higher rates than organic search, spend 14% more per order, and more than half of them land straight on a product page — already decided. AI-referred orders grew 13× year on year. Organic search grew 5%.
That channel is allocated by a shortlist of five or six names per question. There is no page two, no paid placement, no retargeting. If you're not on the list, the highest-intent shoppers in commerce are being sent to someone else. Found tells you whether you're on it — and what moves it.

How it works
The questions shoppers ask. Every day. Every platform.
1. We ask what shoppers ask
150 questions per industry, drawn from real search and AI query data — not questions a brand would write about itself.
2. We ask every day, on every platform.
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews. Fourteen consecutive days. Hundreds of answers per industry.
3. We record who gets named.
Every brand mention, its position in the answer, and which platform said it. The Visibility Score is the share of answers a brand appears in. Nothing weighted, nothing modelled.
