About the project

We provided Lo & Co Interiors with award-winning UI/UX designs for their new online experience.

Bring their vision to life with our Headless product to help simplify their processes and facilitate better customer experiences. The Headless feature of our product allowed Lo & Co Interiors to run multiple international websites on one platform, giving them increased scalability and flexibility in managing their web content.

They can use the headless framework to access their content via Prismic CMS, create and update content, and publish, without needing to access multiple disparate backend systems. This saved them time, meaning they could focus on higher-priority work.

As part of our detailed UX and CX research, we immersed ourselves in understanding the end users' buying behaviour. This comprehensive analysis allowed us to meticulously design each screen across multiple user touchpoints, ensuring that the site's architecture was as carefully considered as the brand, its story, and its product offerings. Our goal was to create a harmonious and engaging user experience that reflects the essence of the brand and meets the users' needs.

Duel Mega navigation

Incorporating elements of both the traditional shopping journey and the immersive exploration found in showroom experiences, we redefined the navigation experience. This innovation manifested as a dual-navigation system: one path prioritizing transactional activities and the other emphasizing informational content. This structure enables users to fluidly move between completing purchases and accessing valuable information, thereby enhancing their overall interaction with the site.

Wishlist, search and Merchandising

Appreciating the significance of different stages in the customer journey, we concentrated on providing users with the ability to curate a wide array of products suited to their unique buying behaviours. This was realised through a deliberate approach to discovery and the execution of UI, UX, and CX strategies, featuring wishlist integration, sophisticated search functionality, and effective onsite collection merchandising. These features worked together to deliver a cohesive and personalised shopping experience.

Marekting Landing Pages

By designing meticulously thought-out, marketing-focused landing pages, we create specific silos for users to arrive at, tailored to the marketing channel and language they have come from. These strategically crafted pages ensure that each visitor is met with relevant content and messaging, providing a seamless and personalized experience that aligns with their initial point of contact, thereby increasing engagement and effectiveness.

Custom Product Swatching (Collection & product page)

Providing the capability to switch products at the collection and individual product levels lets users smoothly change between variants. This seamless transition capability ensures users can find their preferred variations without interruption, significantly enhancing the fluidity and ease of their shopping experience throughout their entire journey.
