Carwyn Cellars is one of Australia's most successful independently owned bottle shops. specialising in carefully curated selection of small batch wine, craft beer, and spirits.

Overview

Carwyn Cellars reached out to flux.agency with the goal of improving their online customer experience, streamlining their ordering processes, and simplifying the vast number of options available to their customers. To accomplish this, we conducted customer research in order to create experiences that were tailored to their unique needs. We designed a custom user interface and user experience, developed a headless solution on Shopify Plus, optimised the site's load time, created a custom filtering application, bundle builder, and customised the checkout process.
